Designed by the NRP Group the The District is an upscale residential community along the Allegheny River. The units are connected to downtown Pittsburg via this pedestrian walkway.

Glowing showroom in the hippest of New York neighborhoods. The Lexus showroom exudes clean elegance inside and out. Automotive logo panels provide on interesting way to diffuse the light on the top floor.
My client David Katz is the building architect for over 50 buildings in New York City. He completed the restoration and preservation of this brick and cast iron building in SOHO. He wanted a dramatic perspective to help create interest and variety on his recently updated website.

Paul Bennett updated the classic SoHo facade by white washing it to make it stand out amongst it’s neighbors. Traditional details were preserved including the staircase and new lighting makes the store stand wether it’s day or night.

Wonderful building that combines offices and parking on the Main Campus. Glass entry has multistory entrance with a tunnel to main campus and a conveyor to the parking garage. This project was so successful that it was enlarged several years later to double the parking.
